Appointment of Tours Manager

Williams Travel wish to announce a boost to the Management Team with the recent appointment of Paula Hoskin as Tours Manager.

Paula will be responsible for overseeing and developing our UK and International holidays.

Mrs Hoskin brings extensive experience including more than 15 years in Travel & Tourism, as well as educational achievements including NVQ Level 3 in Management and Welcome Line training in customer service.

Paula will help us to implement new systems to simplify and improve the booking process for customers, build stronger links with our Travel Agencies, plan tailor made tours for private groups, assist with our programme of day tour’s, holiday promotions and late deals.

This appointment will strengthen the Williams Travel Management Team as we continue to improve and expand our choice of tours. Paula will bring fresh ideas & new holiday destinations for our customers to enjoy.

We will be producing 2 holiday brochures per year with a choice of over 100 holidays. The new brochure will be out in May 2010.
