Saturday We travel from Cornwall to Eastbourne arriving early in the evening.

Sunday Our first day is at leisure to discover and enjoy Eastbourne and our lovely surroundings.

Monday Today we are joined by a local guide who will take us on a tour of 1066 country to see a spectacular combination of coast and countryside that is littered with fascinating relics and ruins from the Norman invasion. We include visits to the famous towns of Battle and Hastings.

Tuesday We take to the rails with a nostalgic ride on the beautiful Bluebell Railway, one of the first preserved heritage lines and features regularly in dramas on our TV screens. Our day also includes a visit to the lovely town of Lewes nestled in the South Downs.

Wednesday This morning we visit Royal Tunbridge Wells, with its elegant streets and the famous ‘Pantiles’. After time to browse we visit Herstmonceux Castle Gardens and Grounds, the perfect blend of  magical nature and modern science. Grounds include formal gardens, woodland and 15th century moat and we include admission to the famous Observatory Science Centre.

Thursday Our day will be free to relax and take advantage of the entertainment and attractions available in Eastbourne.

Friday Today begins in pretty village of Alfriston before we then travel to Brighton via the famous Beachy Head beauty spot. Our afternoon will be free to enjoy any aspect of the vibrant seaside hub.
