For this festive break we will be combining two of the most popular UK Christmas markets in one fun packed weekend. In Bath you will get the best of seasonal shopping, fine food, family fun and entertainment. The market is bordered by the famous Bath Abbey and Roman Baths. Worcester Christmas Fayre is the Midland’s most Prestigious Victorian themed street market, with stall holders dressed in period costume, street entertainers, fairground rides, seasonal food & mulled wine.
We will be staying at the 3 Star Holiday Inn Filton, Bristol for 2 nights Dinner, Bed & Breakfast. Situated just 15 minutes from Bristol city centre and set in 11 acres of its own grounds, this hotel is an ideal base for our tour. All rooms are en-suite with satellite TV and tea and coffee making facilities and use of indoor pool and leisure facilities are complimentary.
Itinerary
Friday We depart early morning and head straight to the historic City of Bath where we will have time to explore this beautiful city and visit one of Britain’s m st popular Christmas Markets. Later in the afternoon we travel to our hotel with ample time to settle in before dinner.
Saturday After breakfast we travel North via Gloucestershire to Worcester to spend the day at the Christmas Fayre. The Victorian themed street market with all day entertainment is situated in the centre of the city with an abundance of stalls selling a selection of crafts and Christmas goods. Enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of Christmas whilst you stroll through the historic heart of this ancient city.
Sunday After breakfast we depart our hotel and travel to Clarks Village at Street with ample time to find those last minute presents. After lunch we continue our journey to Cornwall arriving home mid evening.
