PCV or Large Vehicle Fitter
This is a full time, permanent position that will involve shift (day and evening – no nights) and on call work.
We are looking for another member to join our dedicated workshop team. The successful candidate will be required to work unsupervised and have the ability to confidently carry out routine maintenance, M.O.T preparations and most mechanical repairs on all of our vehicles. Our fleet includes double deckers, coaches, midicoaches and minibuses manufactured by a variety of companies including Volvo, Iveco, Mercedes, Daf and Ford.
The position would suit a self motivated person who is comfortable to use their own initiative as well as working as a member of a successful team in order to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
A PCV license, experience in diagnostics and/or bodywork would be a pleasing advantage to our team but this is not essential.
