Birmingham Tattoo Description
Once again we return to the traditional military marvel that is Britain’s biggest indoor Tattoo. This spectacular show features the world’s finest military bands, exciting displays and an amazing grand finale. We also enjoy a visit to the Blackcountry Living Museum and the spa city of Bath.
Itinerary
Birmingham Tattoo Itinerary
Friday Departing Cornwall in the morning, we make our way to the Midlands and enjoy a leisurely break for lunch on the way. We arrive at our hotel in time for dinner.
Saturday This morning we visit the award winning Black Country Living Museum, roam the streets where everything looks as it did 300 years ago with in-character craftsmen, replica buildings and traditional workshops. We return to our hotel for a late lunch before heading to Resorts World Arena for the 6pm performance of the Birmingham Tattoo. The range of spectacular displays includes the Royal Air Force Cosford King’s Colour, the RNRMC Field Gun Competition, the United Kingdom Disco Display Team and the Parade of Massed Standards, to name but a few.
Sunday After breakfast, we head for the spa city of Bath. There will be time to enjoy the riverside, see the magnificent architecture and have lunch before we make the journey back to Cornwall.
