We enjoy the world famous Blackpool Illuminations as they transform the seafront into a bright and colourful light display like no other. Six miles of glorious lights line the promenade and delight visitors each year. Our popular tour also includes a visit to the vibrant city of Liverpool where we take to the water on an iconic Mersey cruise.
Itinerary
Blackpool Illuminations and Mersey Cruise Itinerary
Monday Departing Cornwall in the morning we travel to Blackpool and arrive in time to settle into our lovely seafront hotel.
Tuesday This morning we make our way to the famous Fleetwood Market, a busy traditional coastal market offering a great seaside shopping experience. Our afternoon will be at leisure in Blackpool.
Wednesday Today we visit the iconic city of Liverpool. We begin with a cruise on the world-famous Mersey Ferry to take in the iconic landmarks, breathtaking views and striking skyline whilst enjoying the charm and nostalgia of the heritage ferry. We then have free time to enjoy the Albert Dock area. See the famous Liver Birds, explore the waterside or stroll into the city.
Thursday A free day in Blackpool to visit the iconic Tower Ballroom, the Pleasure Beach or take in a show at the Grand Theatre.
Friday After breakfast we leave Blackpool and make our return journey to Cornwall.
