Cirque Du Soleil Description

The Utilita Arena Birmingham plays host to the world famous Cirque du Soleil as they perform their new show Corteo. Like all of Cirque du Soleil’s shows, it will immerse and entertain with stunning and highly creative set designs, jaw dropping stunts and a beautiful story!

Cirque Du Soleil Itinerary

Saturday We depart Cornwall and begin our journey towards Birmingham. We have a break for lunch in the maritime city of Bristol where the harbourside is an attractive area with many points of interest and refreshment opportunities. We arrive at our hotel in time for dinner.

Sunday After breakfast we board our coach and travel to the centre of Birmingham. This industrial landmark city has an abundance of historic architecture and majestic waterways to explore.  There will be time to discover the canal basin area and have lunch before we make our way to the Utilita Arena for the colourful and contemporary circus show ‘Corteo’ which tells the story of a clown who watches his own funeral in a carnival-like atmosphere. We return to our hotel in time for dinner. 

Monday This morning we leave Birmingham and begin the journey home. We have a leisurely break for an early lunch in the cathedral city of Gloucester where there will be time to enjoy the historic dockside where Victorian warehouses stand as proud guardians to Britain’s most inland port. After lunch we complete our journey back to Cornwall.
