Sunday We depart Cornwall early in the morning and travel to Pembroke where we catch our ferry to Rosslare. You will be provided with vouchers to enjoy an evening meal and drink on board the ferry. Once on Irish turf we make our way to our overnight hotel, the Minella Hotel, Tipperary.

Founded in the 13th century it abounds with a rich history and a strong heritage, all of which is ever present in its monuments, its thatched cottages and quaint streets. There will be time for a late lunch before we continue to Ennis and settle into our hotel.
Tuesday Our day begins with a cruise to Scattery Island. We have a guided walking tour of this uninhabited land that is steeped in legend and home to an ancient monastery, lighthouse and artillery battery. There will be free time before returning to the mainland where we board our coach and take the ferry to Tarbet. We have a visit to Foynes Flying Boat museum which will comprise of an Irish coffee demonstration with tasting and a self-guided visit of the Boeing 314 aircraft and Maritime Museum.
Wednesday Making our way to the dramatic Wild Atlantic Way, we board the Doolin ferry to Aran Island. Here we have a pony and trap tour to see the highlights before having a break for lunch. In the afternoon our stunning return cruise takes us via the Cliffs of Moher.
Thursday Today we visit Galway, a harbour city where the River Corrib meets the Atlantic Ocean. The city’s hub is 18th-century Eyre Square, a popular and traditional meeting spot. The latter part of our afternoon is free to explore the quaint town of Ennis.
Friday We leave Treacys Hotel and cross Ireland to visit its oldest city Waterford. Our afternoon is free to discover its wealth of history, visit any of the excellent museums, see the impressive architecture or visit the world famous House of Waterford Crystal.
