Sidmouth Luxury Break Itinerary
Sunday We leave Cornwall in the morning and travel to Devon enjoying a lunch break on the way.
Monday After breakfast we head along the red sandstone coast to the pretty resort of Torquay. There will be time for lunch in the harbourside town before we visit Kents Cavern, Britain’s oldest known prehistoric home. This geological stone age cave is historically important and has an extensive labyrinth of spectacular and easily accessible caverns.
Tuesday A leisurely day to enjoy the regency town of Sidmouth, stroll along the promenade or soak up the timeless charm of the town.
Wednesday We have a morning excursion to Exmouth and Topsham. Both attractive towns sit on the east side of the River Exe. In the afternoon we have an optional visit to the local Donkey Sanctuary.
Thursday Leaving the comfort of our hotel we make our way home stopping for a break in the lovely city of Exeter. Later we return to Cornwall.
