All seats are discussed and allocated on booking, this is on a first come first served basis. The seat number you book will be confirmed in writing and you will keep your seat for the duration of the tour.

Unfortunately we do not offer a home pick-up service for day trips, only holidays.
We do however, still offer free parking at our depot or a range of pick-up points.

Our inclusive travel ethos means that we welcome people with a range of disabilities.
Some trips are naturally more suited to certain disabilities than others and our itineraries will allow you to select the tour that is suited to your needs. If you do need any more details then please ask our travel staff.
All we ask is that all passengers must be able to board and alight the coach unaided and that you let us know on booking if you have any special needs or requirements.
We are happy to accommodate walking aids including micro scooters, folding walkers and folding wheelchairs (must be advised on booking).

Only registered guide dogs are permitted on coaches.

If we are making a break we will detail it in the description of the day trip itself (in our brochure or on line).

Yes, we are always very pleased to received new ideas of where our passengers would like to go.

Yes you can certainly book a day trip for a named passenger.
Alternatively you can purchase gift vouchers to give to friends and family for birthdays, Christmas or other special occasions.
